How does hypnosis work?
Hypnosis is achieved by creating the ideal environment for the subconscious mind to accept and form new ideas and habits. This happens when the mind’s brainwave patterns achieve an Alpha-Theta crossover state. Alpha is characterized by extreme relaxation, while Theta is associated with creativity, spontaneity, memory formation, and synchronicity of the mind and body. When the mind is in this crossover state, the subconscious more readily accepts new suggestions- allowing old habits and beliefs to become a thing of the past. This is the most rapid way to achieve behavioral change.

Born in Southern California, I have had a fascination with the mind from an early age. There always seemed to be a relationship between the mind, body, and the way we perceive the world around us. My life became what I manifested. My experiences taught me that a positive outlook makes the world around us brighter, and in turn, causes us to attract great things. I made it my personal quest to make the world a brighter, happier place- not only for myself but for the community around me.
Taking this passion for helping others, I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2013. Shortly after, I found myself traveling the world, experiencing many other cultures and ways of life. One night out in South America, I was approached by a mugger. I saw the helplessness in his eyes as he attempted to rob me. Instead of responding with fear or anger, I met him with love and compassion. I found not only did he refrain from escalating the situation, but he left with a smile on his face, a high-five, and a new way of life. This particular night defined my journey to help others heal. It confirmed that a positive outlook on life is what is needed to attract positivity into the lives of others.
During my travels, I Immersed myself in new thoughts and ways to help people be the best version of themselves, I studied mind hacking and the power of the subconscious. My journey took me to the Hypnosis Motivation Institute’s College of Hypnotherapy, graduating with honors. Joining the American Hypnosis Association and Hypnotherapist Union Local 472, I became a Certified Hypnotherapist, with certification in numerous other effective methods of healing. During my clinical internship, I learned how quickly people’s problems began to melt away one by one as I worked with them. I felt nothing but admiration towards my clients’ dedication to healing and growing.
I continue to spend as much time as possible studying and learning, creating effective ways to help people overcome obstacles and find their passion.
